The Greenwood School enrolls 50 boys, 45 boarding students and 5 day students, and has an average of 12 to 14 openings per year. Our students come from all over the United States and abroad. We admit boys for 6th through 11th grade at the time of admission.

We seek to enroll students who have been diagnosed with: dyslexia; specific language-based learning disabilities / learning differences (LD); receptive language and/or expressive language deficits; executive functioning deficits; attentional difficulties (ADD or ADHD); disorders of written expression; dysgraphia; or speech and language needs. In fact, several of these learning disabilities / learning differences (LD) are often clustered together in Greenwood students' learning profiles.

We invite interested families to visit the school and learn about Greenwood firsthand.

Greenwood School is a nonprofit corporation and welcomes students of every race, religion, ethnic background, and national origin.

If you have additional questions or wish to discuss the application process, please call our Director of Admission, Melanie Miller, at (802) 387-4545.
